Sales Data Analyst

Bel Fuse Inc. is seeking a dedicated Sales Data Analyst to support their Sales team. This role is pivotal for producing comprehensive sales reports and uncovering data trends. The successful candidate will also manage reporting systems for both internal and external use, contributing to the company's strategic objectives.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect and clean sales and product management data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Create, maintain, and update reports to optimize data analysis processes.
• Upload reports in multiple formats for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop operation standards for data handling and archiving.
• Maintain tutorials and instructions related to extranet and sales data reports.
• Integrate new acquisitions into existing data standards and structures.
• Evaluate database changes by aligning them with sales requirements.
• Assess performance of data collection systems.
• Ensure security of data by managing digital security permissions.
• Perform additional duties to support company goals.

This role requires you to have:

• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros
• Experience in data analysis and distribution
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Understanding of business structure and product management
• Ability to interpret technical documents with a marketing focus
• Mathematical proficiency, including probability and statistics

You would benefit from having:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Math
• 3-5 years of experience in a data analyst role
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft D365
