BERING GLOBAL SOLUTIONS requires a Data Analyst for their Human Performance Optimization Program based in Langley AFB. The role contributes to improving the physical and cognitive abilities of US Air Force Personnel through analytics, with a mix of onsite and remote working. The aim is to bolster pilot readiness and operational efficiency.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage and collect extensive datasets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Analyze complex data to spot trends affecting pilot performance.
• Develop reports and visualizations to convey findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Monitor training-related key performance indicators to assess program success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with program objectives.
• Create predictive models to forecast performance outcomes and improve decision-making.
• Document analysis processes and ensure data compliance.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent certification.
• Experience in data analysis roles with data visualization skills.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and Excel.
• Strong statistical analysis expertise.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
