Berkeley Research Group (BRG) is looking for a Data Analyst to be a part of its innovative Data & Business Solutions team within the finance and accounting division. This role requires a strong quantitative background and organizational skills. The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple departments to address business needs and translate them into actionable solutions in a remote setting throughout the United States.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Maintain and process financial data utilizing SQL and create reports through SQL Server Reporting Services and Power BI.
• Enhance current and future business processes.
• Engage with stakeholders to develop business intelligence reports, metrics, visualizations, and dashboards.
• Automate business systems and find solutions to inefficiencies.
• Understand cross-functional workflows to define system requirements and write specifications.
• Document technical processes.
• Seek improvements to automate and scale processes continuously.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in technical or analytical problem-solving.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, macros, etc.
