In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the CRM product.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for product performance tracking.
• Conduct data analysis to support product decision-making.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests for feature optimization.
• Perform quality assurance testing prior to production deployments.
• Develop detailed product user stories.
• Collaborate with Operating Units to gather product requirements.
• Prioritize product features based on customer needs and strategic goals.
