In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and improve CXO data models to provide actionable insights on Voice of Customer (VoC)
• Create and present compelling data visualizations and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
• Act as a subject matter expert on CXO VoC data and a strategic partner for business initiatives

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or data-related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
• Proficiency in data visualization and presentation
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
