In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor data scientists and analysts, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Develop data strategies for genetic testing products in alignment with company goals.
- Perform advanced data analysis using R or Python to ensure high-quality results.
- Retrieve, clean, and integrate data from various sources including SQL databases.
- Conduct complex analyses to provide insights on business performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations.
- Communicate analytical findings clearly to stakeholders across the organization.
- Stay abreast of developments in data science and genetic testing.

This role requires you to have:
- Master's or PhD in a relevant quantitative field.
- Proficiency in R or Python for data manipulation.
- Strong SQL skills for data retrieval and management.
- Experience managing and mentoring technical teams.
