In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect clinical data for internal and regulatory performance measurement.
• Review medical records and databases to gather necessary data, ensuring adherence to standardized guidelines.
• Conduct inter-rater reliability audits and quality checks on data collection processes.
• Collaborate with performance improvement teams to enhance data abstraction practices.
• Document root causes of data abstraction issues.

• Associate's degree in a related field.
