In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze product performance to guide decisions and identify opportunities.
• Work with product managers on metric design and product improvements.
• Conduct user behavior analysis for trends and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for product tracking.
• Collaborate on hypotheses and A/B testing with actionable recommendations.
• Analyze customer data for strategic business decisions.
• Respond to organization-wide requests for product information.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years in software product analytics within a SaaS company.
• Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools, especially Tableau.
• Experience with data modeling, SQL, and data lineage documentation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data for decision-making.
• Experience with modern product management and development techniques.
