The company is seeking a Product Analyst within their Care Management team in Eagan, MN to focus on refining product initiatives and enhancing program outcomes.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Gather and interpret data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize user needs and solutions.
- Develop insights for product development and enhancement.
- Work with stakeholders to identify market problems and develop solutions.
- Document business requirements for user stories.
- Assist in sprint planning regarding priority, effort, and dependencies.
- Facilitate sprint activities and provide requirements clarification.
- Maintain documentation of system and business processes.
- Build relationships with business users, stakeholders, and vendors.

This role requires you to have:
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Product Analyst.
- Certification progression in CSPO, PSPO, SAFe PM/PO, or CSM.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with business and functional requirements and Agile methodologies.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
You would benefit from having:
- Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, business, or technical field.
- Experience in managed care or healthcare insurance.
- Experience in care management or EHR programs.
