In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Serve as a data consultant and develop reporting plans using data modeling and data warehouse solutions.
- Conduct data analysis to create technical mapping documents.
- Develop reporting programs with various analytic tools, integrating different data sources.
- Collaborate with colleagues to use data in innovative ways, presenting findings to different leadership levels.
- Mentor staff on data sources and access methods.
- Write complex queries and assist in ensuring data accuracy.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define granular business requirements and provide optimal reporting solutions.

This role requires you to have:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Expertise in Blue Cross data sources.
- Proven track record in developing analytical solutions.
- Competence in interpreting complex data.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to present complex information to non-technical audiences and leaders.
- Teamwork skills across diverse professional backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access.
You would benefit from having:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with RedShift, AWS, QA, data warehouses, or data modeling.
