The role of Journeyman HC Data Analyst exists to support the company's strategic data initiatives and human capital efforts. The team is focused on creating actionable insights through innovative survey designs and data analysis.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and build innovative surveys using LimeSurvey or other platforms
• Provide survey design and troubleshooting support to IC partners
• Normalize, standardize, and integrate disparate raw data sets
• Analyze and validate data using established statistical methodologies like R analysis and SPSS
• Support data analytics for surveys, data calls, and other human capital efforts
• Communicate complex findings via graphical, verbal, and written formats
• Utilize Tableau and Power BI for quantitative and analytic support
• Implement natural language processing and AI/ML algorithms
• Engage with Communities of Practice and IC partners on data initiatives
• Coordinate and provide customer service to stakeholders
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills with MS Office tools
• Proficient use of Tableau
