In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets from various sources to provide actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality and prepare datasets for analysis.
• Create reports and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Perform statistical and predictive analysis to identify trends and correlations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet data needs.
• Utilize SQL, Python, Google Data Studio, and Excel for data analysis.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies.
• Create and improve KPIs for the Operations Department.
• Identify errors to enhance operations.
• Maintain a customer service mindset and develop related practices.
• Seek process improvements and implement solutions for challenges.
