TekPro Support Services, LLC is looking for a Data Analyst to enhance their project documentation and procedures. This role is pivotal in assisting with internal investigations and addressing user needs for various projects. The team is dedicated to developing efficient systems to meet client requirements.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Review and ensure accurate upload of all required documents in the database through an internal investigations checklist.
• Handle email and phone inquiries concerning internal departmental issues.
• Analyze user needs to ascertain functional requirements across multiple projects.
• Research and recommend resources for task execution and completion.
• Assist in developing and updating new or existing systems to align with client needs.
• Write and update project documentation, including system procedures and training materials.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training/work experience.
