In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Utilize data science techniques to analyze HR data and inform workforce strategies.

This role requires you to have:

• 6+ years in programming with Python, R, or Java for data analysis.
• 2+ years in SQL for complex queries and data visualization with Tableau.
• Experience with data science techniques for HR data analysis.
• Knowledge of analytics maturity model, data strategy, and governance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA for data modeling.
