In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Review complaint communications for regulatory compliance and potential impact on patient safety and business.
• Engage in the development and modification of decision models.
• Investigate complaints by gathering data from various sources such as clinical staff and laboratory analysis.
• Compile and document regulatory reportability decisions.
• Draft and transmit Medical Device Reports and other regulatory reports.
• Apply codes to facilitate product performance records and review with internal staff.
• Draft communications detailing clinical observations and corrective actions.
