The Senior Product Complaint Analyst role supports the Urology Complaint Management Center by analyzing customer complaints and ensuring regulatory compliance. The team is focused on advancing medical solutions that enhance patient care and generate value.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Review and assess complaint communications for regulatory compliance and potential impact.
• Utilize clinical knowledge for evaluating product-related complaints.
• Investigate complaints by gathering data from various stakeholders.
• Determine regulatory reportability using established models.
• Participate in the development of regulatory decision models.
• Author and transmit Medical Device Reports and other regulatory documents.
• Facilitate product performance records through event coding.
• Compose detailed written communications for end-use customers.
• Support divisional products as a subject matter expert.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 7 years of experience in medical device complaint handling

• Experience in complaint handling for urological or laser devices
• Proficiency in a second language
• Proficiency with SAS, PowerBI, or TrackWise
