The Senior Production Data Analyst will join a diverse team focused on improving patient health and efficiency.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Identify and address production pain points in collaboration with teams using Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Gather and analyze production requirements to enhance data/information tools.
  • Align local, regional, and global data strategies to support reporting accuracy and scalability.
  • Manage data tools supporting Maple Grove's strategic vision on data governance.
  • Lead project plans for data tools improvement, acting as a main contact for analytics projects.
  • Ensure data accuracy through cleaning and validating processes before analysis.
  • Design, test, and sustain data tools in collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Provide documentation and training for delivered analytic solutions.

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or a technical field.
  • 5+ years in advanced analytics and data science roles.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data technologies.
  • Experience managing data analytics projects.

You would benefit from having:

  • Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud data services such as Snowflake and AWS.
