Data Analysts at Boulder Care influence significant organizational decisions through healthcare data analysis and strategic insights to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze data across various systems to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and business cases to guide operational and clinical decisions.
• Create and monitor success metrics for ongoing projects in alignment with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with teams to understand data needs and provide decision-making support.

This role requires you to have:

• 3-5 years of experience in data and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong abilities in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent communication for explaining complex data.

You would benefit from having:

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Suite.
• Experience in a start-up or high-growth environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare data privacy regulations like HIPAA.
• Experience with Python or R.
