The role focuses on analyzing the U.S. Marine Corps' C3I system portfolio to support the development and implementation of strategies in data management and modernization. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Identify data sources based on evidence to meet organizational requirements
• Coordinate with colleagues to establish reporting needs and provide accurate information
• Collect, cleanse, and compile data from various systems
• Produce performance dashboards and reports
• Develop and maintain reports for analysis and ensure compliance with organizational policies
• Create standard and customized statistical and data analysis reports
• Analyze and interpret data trends or patterns
• Present data analysis results to stakeholders with recommendations
• Manage and oversee multiple customer engagements

This role requires you to have:

• Degree or equivalent experience in engineering, software development, or data analytics with at least 15 years of relevant experience
• Analytical skills for database management and development
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written, for customer support and requirement validation
• Knowledge of relational database management systems and data storage
