E-Commerce Data Analyst (Warren, MI)

Branex Group is seeking a data-driven Website Analyst with expertise in web analytics, testing, and optimization. This role aims to enhance business performance by providing insights into website traffic and user behavior. The position involves collaborating with development and UX teams to improve user experience and conversion rates.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze website performance, user behavior, and traffic trends using web analytics platforms.
• Optimize macros in Excel for reporting and automate data workflows.
• Use Python for in-depth analysis, forecasting, and hypothesis testing.
• Collaborate with development and UX teams on Single Page Application frameworks.
• Develop and implement website testing strategies such as A/B and multivariate testing.
• Monitor test outcomes and provide optimization recommendations.
• Customize and configure analytics tools to support business needs.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in web analytics and data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with macros.
• Experience using Python for data modeling.
• Deep understanding of Adobe Business Suite.
• Knowledge of Single Page Applications.
• Experience in website testing strategies.
