The Program Data Analyst is essential to harnessing data effectively to improve educational outcomes and support the comprehensive goals of the organization.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Maintain and support Breakthrough’s data collection and management systems.
• Collaborate with program teams to interpret student data and establish data-driven goals.
• Develop and distribute internal reports and analyses.
• Ensure accuracy of data tracked in Salesforce.
• Maintain data integrity and security protocols.
• Troubleshoot and support the development of Salesforce infrastructure.
• Administer data collection and migration for student admissions.
• Provide technical data support and training to staff.
• Engage in team planning and organizational change through committees.
• Support analysis of student assessments.
• Perform additional job-related duties as required.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM administration.
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with data visualization and quantitative research methods.
• Capability to manage large data sets.

You would benefit from having:

• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Proficiency with Form Assembly.
• Experience with Tableau, ArcGIS, STATA, and R.
