Working within the Office of Graduate Studies, this role collaborates with various stakeholders to maintain the integrity and reliability of data for informed decision-making.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop reports related to the graduate student lifecycle.
• Oversee annual and external reports concerning enrollment and graduation.
• Provide data tables, analysis, and statistics using Tableau and Excel.
• Safeguard the dissemination of Graduate Studies data.
• Create and maintain data queries to extract information from the university data warehouse.
• Support the Graduate Studies IT & Data Manager with system assessments.
• Assist in training departments on data reporting needs.

This role requires you to have:

• Commitment to BYU's mission.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, SQL, and understanding of relational databases.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills for data collection.
