In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Create and maintain various reports related to graduate student life cycle activities.
- Oversee annual internal and external reports on student enrollment and advisement.
- Utilize Tableau, Excel, and other tools to produce easy-to-understand data visualizations.
- Implement data protection protocols for graduate student information.
- Develop data queries/scripts and manage ad hoc data requests with developers.
- Assist in evaluating and implementing departmental data systems.
- Train graduate programs in addressing their data needs.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Tableau, SQL, and relational database querying.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication for data gathering across departments.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI data visualization tools.
- Skill in translating data and trends into insights.
