In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop HR reports and dashboards for key HR metrics insights.
• Analyze data to discern trends and improvement areas.
• Ensure data accuracy and test data quality for reliable metrics.
• Maintain process documentation for consistency in HR data management.
• Present findings using PowerPoint and other tools to various organizational levels.
• Collaborate with departments to understand reporting needs.
• Stay informed on HR analytics trends and best practices.
• Communicate data insights clearly.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an HR Analyst.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.
