Bright Horizons is in search of a Product Analyst who will play a pivotal role in analyzing data to support product development decisions. Tasked with ensuring product objectives are met, this role works closely with stakeholders and various teams to implement data-driven improvements. This position underscores Bright Horizons' commitment to fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Conduct ad hoc SQL queries to facilitate data-driven decision making.
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and teams to measure Objectives and Key Results on dashboards.
  • Prioritize data requests according to business needs.
  • Identify and troubleshoot data issues, prioritizing necessary fixes.
  • Collaborate with Program/Operations partners to deliver data-driven insights.
  • Ensure proper tagging and analysis within the Back-Up Care's web analytics platform.
  • Moderate usability testing sessions to inform UX design.
  • Create and maintain analytics product roadmaps aligned with company goals.
  • Participate in UAT validation and user story acceptance for analytics products.

This role requires you to have:

  • 3 years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Fluency in SQL
  • Experience with web analytics platforms
  • Excel data visualization skills

  • Experience with developing REST and GraphQL APIs
