In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Perform analysis on Medicaid enrollment, provider, and claims data to identify requirements.
  • Identify and document data anomalies and collaborate on resolutions.
  • Develop and update business documentation with internal teams and customers.
  • Facilitate meetings and document outcomes.
  • Support project management and maintain schedules using Microsoft Project.
  • Create professional presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Assist with data quality testing and collaborate with teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Medicaid/CMS guidelines through case sharing and analysis.
  • Manage priorities and respond to inquiries from data analysts effectively.

This role requires you to have:

  • 7+ years in healthcare business analysis.
  • 5+ years of experience with complex SQL queries.
  • 4+ years working with Medicaid and CHIP agencies.
  • Strong knowledge of CMS reporting requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Understanding of claim adjudication processes.

You would benefit from having:

  • Experience with PERM, T-MSIS, or similar projects.
  • Familiarity with Teradata, SQL Assistant, and Azure Data Factory.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Snowflake, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Visio.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
