This role is pivotal in supporting major transportation projects, offering a blend of data analysis and project control tasks. Collaborating closely with various project teams, the new analyst will contribute to the development of business intelligence tools, leveraging their expertise to enhance project outcomes.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Automate manual reporting and develop interactive business intelligence dashboards.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards using Power BI and DAX to provide insights.
• Use advanced Excel features to create detailed reports.
• Run SQL queries on MySQL or Oracle databases.
• Assist with budget tracking, status reports, and cost projections.
• Collaborate with teams to provide data-driven insights.
• Create visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Accounting, Project Management, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in data analytics or project controls in the USA.
• 1+ year of experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of coding languages such as C++, VB, Python, SQL, or HTML.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organizational and planning expertise.

You would benefit from having:

• 1+ year of SQL experience.
• Experience with Python libraries for data analytics.
• Familiarity with Cost Engineering software.
