The Regulatory Communications product team is in search of a dedicated product analyst to execute on their product roadmap, working alongside senior managers and business partners.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Represent client interests during new product implementations and ongoing management tasks.
- Aid in establishing and managing rigorous product processes.
- Integrate feature requests into product roadmaps for internal and client review.
- Refine and prioritize the agile development backlog.
- Prepare agendas for weekly business and scrum team sessions.
- Craft user stories and define acceptance criteria independently and with stakeholders.
- Set sprint objectives.
- Coordinate and execute monthly User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Conduct validation for certain stories in UAT and production.
- Plan and lead monthly releases and upgrades with technology partners.
- Author monthly internal and client-facing release notes.
- Analyze user preferences and feedback.
- Enhance agile methodologies based on results and feedback.
- Lead demonstrations for stakeholders and prepare retrospectives.
- Engage with clients to discuss upcoming releases and roadmap updates quarterly.

This role requires you to have:
- 1-3 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or similar roles.
- Technical knowledge in software development and web technologies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Capacity to collaborate, lead, and influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to identify and address program risks proactively.
