In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze and ensure data accuracy in client-specific files.
• Review internal and external file reports and take necessary actions.
• Troubleshoot file errors and resolve issues.
• Provide customer service and problem resolution for client issues.
• Monitor file creation and transfer for timely processing.
• Conduct data analysis using Microsoft Excel and related tools.
• Validate software functionality through system release testing.
• Manage ACA processes by reviewing client-specific data.
• Collaborate with the EDI Team for support and monitoring.
• Complete tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in product or client projects and training.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
