Butler/Till seeks a Product Analyst to champion the product roadmap for innovative software solutions. The position aims to align product developments with market demands while acting as a customer voice in an Agile Scrum team. This dedicated team supports strategic objectives by collaborating with stakeholders and managing product backlog priorities.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements.
• Align with development teams on solutions and testing criteria.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for product features.
• Manage product backlog and prioritize based on business needs.
• Participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies.
• Document and communicate research insights to stakeholders.
• Manage software issues and nourish comprehensive product knowledge.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or IT.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile development environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Effective communication of complex technical information.
• Facilitation and influencing skills for stakeholder decision-making.
