In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Support ad-hoc and recurring data analysis and reporting projects.
• Prepare compensation calculations for company commission and incentive plans.
• Design, create, and maintain reports using querying tools and databases like PowerBI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Collaborate with data analysts to ensure report quality and reliability.
• Extract, manage, organize, and report large data sets.
• Provide clear and concise analysis commentary to management.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, statistics, data science, business administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel with strong analytical skills for creating visualizations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

You would benefit from having:

• 1-2 years of experience in data analytics.
• Experience in writing SQL queries for data analysis.
• Developing and publishing dashboards.
• Microsoft Power BI and Azure.
