This position is crucial in leveraging data science to boost the company's market competitiveness through pricing and negotiation algorithms. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain models for real-time pricing in the NAST Truckload business line.
• Evaluate and test new models to enhance key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Explain algorithmic processes to non-technical stakeholders.
• Build and optimize data pipelines in partnership with data engineers.
• Oversee the machine learning model lifecycle from development to evaluation.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years of experience with statistical and machine learning algorithms.
• 3+ years of proficiency in Python or R.
• Proficient in writing SQL queries for relational databases.
• Expert in hypothesis testing and experimental analysis.
• Familiar with modeling techniques like cross validation.
• MS in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field or a relevant PhD.
