CAI is looking for a Data Analyst to enhance their data analysis capabilities. This full-time hybrid position is essential for gathering and evaluating business information, ensuring data accuracy, and preparing system requirements. The team is focused on leveraging data to drive business decisions and needs someone with expertise in data management and business intelligence tools.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate data mining within the Snowflake cloud data warehouse
• Utilize data management tools like Informatica PowerCenter and Enterprise Data Catalog
• Validate data accuracy in the data warehouse
• Interact with users to fulfill reporting requirements
• Provide technical consulting on data usage to users
• Prototype and build solutions for Snowflake data population
• Handle data replication, extraction, loading, cleansing, and transformation
• Maintain knowledge of software tools and languages for data management

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of IT experience in data management and business intelligence
• Experience in designing data models for BI tools like Power BI and Tableau
• Knowledge of Informatica on-premises products
• Expertise in ELT with Change Data Capture solutions
• Experience with IBM Mainframes COBOL, JCL, and DB2 analysis
• Understand IICS Cloud Performance Tuning
• Skilled in Snowflake Data Cloud Performance Tuning
• Experience with Data Governance products
