CAI is recruiting a Data Analyst to support data migration initiatives for a client. The role involves full-time, onsite work and plays a critical part in enhancing IT infrastructure. The team comprises IT professionals who collaborate with court leadership to streamline IT solutions and prioritize tasks effectively.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Understand court processes to align problem solutions with user needs
- Collaborate with IT leadership and court leaders to manage tasks and provide customer support
- Install and troubleshoot user hardware such as desktops and peripherals
- Migrate customer data from old to new equipment
- Configure and maintain software on mobile devices
- Assist in equipment logistics and inventory management
- Facilitate office changes and hardware deployments
- Communicate issue status and resolutions with users and staff
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams
- Test and validate new hardware and applications

This role requires you to have:
- 3 years of customer service experience
- 2 years of onboarding experience with Microsoft 365
- 2 years of experience migrating emails and documents to M365 Outlook and OneDrive
You would benefit from having:
- 2 years of Active Directory troubleshooting
- 2 years of Windows 10 and 11 troubleshooting
- 2 years of Office 2016 troubleshooting
- Basic network configuration and troubleshooting
