CAI is looking for a Senior Data Analyst dedicated to enhancing healthcare data workflows and processes. The role requires gathering technical and functional requirements and conducting comprehensive data analysis. Working in collaboration with cross-functional teams, the analyst will play a pivotal role in integrating healthcare information systems.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct stakeholder mapping and analysis.
• Perform multi-layer data analysis by linking various health data sources independently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create project documentation and reports.
• Assist QA in developing test scenarios.
• Develop plans for requirements, including approach and schedules.
• Document mapping requirements with the Project Manager and other key team members.
• Generate deliverables like source to target mappings and process flows.
• Manage requirements scope through established change control processes.
• Support the Enterprise Architect in creating technical solutions and recommendations.
• Produce clear documentation for stakeholders.
• Conduct research and environmental scans as needed.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years experience as a Senior Data Analyst in healthcare.
• Proficiency in HL7/FHIR messaging protocols.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities.
• Experience with healthcare interoperability and integration projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
