Capital Rx, a leading pharmacy benefit manager and administrator, seeks a Data Exchange Analyst to enhance the reliability and accuracy of its data feeds crucial for pharmacy benefit operations. Working in collaboration with internal teams and external partners, the role is pivotal in ensuring efficient data operations for claims and eligibility management.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data feeds with internal and external partners, ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinate with various teams to identify and resolve data exchange issues.
• Monitor systems to detect and resolve any data transfer and management anomalies.
• Perform regular data audits and validations to maintain data integrity.
• Participate in projects impacting data exchange, including vendor changes and client migrations.
• Adhere to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct and report any noncompliance.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of experience in Data Exchange, Healthcare, PBM, or IT
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
