In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with data exchange partners and internal teams to develop and ensure the accuracy of data exchange feeds.
• Coordinate issue identification and resolution for member accumulation with internal and external parties.
• Identify, triage, and resolve errors related to accumulation data transfer, loading, and management.
• Monitor systems to detect abnormalities that could affect data quality and accuracy.
• Resolve issues using standard operating procedures within specified service levels.
• Validate data integrity through regular audits and reconciliation processes.
• Engage in projects concerning accumulations, including vendor changes and client requests.
• Adhere to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct and report noncompliance.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years experience in PBM, Healthcare, Data Exchange, or Integrated Accumulations
• Ability to match key PBM concepts across various systems
• Complex problem analysis
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, JSON
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivation and detail orientation
• Capability to manage multiple priorities
