In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with operational and analytics teams for effective data solutions.
• Design and implement ETL workflows with technologies like Python, dbt, and Airflow.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure high-quality data pipelines.
• Address data issues proactively to maintain system reliability.
• Maintain data infrastructure, including 24x7 on-call support.
• Comply with the Capital Rx Code of Conduct, reporting noncompliance.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proficient in Python (or Java), SQL, JSON, and XML.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and Kimball methodology.
• 1+ years of experience as a Data Engineer with complex pipeline design capabilities.
• Ability to scale data solutions for organizational growth.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical collaboration.
• Self-motivated with problem-solving abilities.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience in healthcare or PBM sector.
• Proficiency with Airflow, dbt, and Snowflake.
• 3+ years experience in SQL development and Python.
