The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in strategic planning by synthesizing data from various sources.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain databases for ridership and service data.
• Conduct statistical and trend analyses to identify operational issues.
• Generate and automate detailed management reports.
• Evaluate and analyze departmental data for planning support.
• Monitor data feeds and execute data extraction tasks as needed.
• Assist in project management and contribute to Safety Management Systems.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in data or business analysis.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functionalities.
• SQL programming experience.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases.
