Cardinal Health's Data & Analytics Function leads the analytics life-cycle to generate insights supporting business decisions. The team manages data platforms and implements advanced quantitative models to provide competitive advantages. This role involves applying business process knowledge and analytics to develop and communicate relevant insights.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and objectives.
  • Develop hypotheses to meet objectives analytically.
  • Acquire and prepare data for statistical analysis.
  • Share best practices across programs.
  • Serve as a resource for other analysts to develop actionable analytics.
  • Use data visualization techniques for model specification.
  • Build custom quantitative models.
  • Validate and test models to ensure adequacy.
  • Interpret model results and identify trends.
  • Support the implementation and operationalization of models.
  • Communicate complex information clearly to various audiences.
  • Develop and lead policy, procedure, and process changes.
  • Act as a product owner for data analytics visualization platforms.

This role requires you to have:

  • BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field
  • 8-12 years of experience
  • Advanced SQL proficiency
  • Advanced Tableau or other data visualization tools proficiency
  • Expert Excel skills including Macros
  • Client-facing or consulting experience
