• Collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint business opportunities and goals.

• Obtain and preprocess data for analytical techniques.
• Share effective practices across different programs.
• Guide other analysts in creating impactful analytics.
• Utilize data visualization for evaluating and specifying models.
• Develop custom quantitative models employing advanced statistical methods.
• Validate and test models to ensure adequacy.
• Interpret and communicate model results, recognizing trends and suggesting alternatives.
• Work with stakeholders and technologists to operationalize analytics models.
• Lead developmental changes in policies and procedures.
• Act as a liaison between business and tech teams, providing expertise on analytics visualization platforms.
