Collaborating closely with senior leadership and external partners, the analyst will contribute to optimizing cash flow and improving the performance of cross-functional teams. The position exists to ensure seamless financial operations through robust data analysis and reporting.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop operational and diagnostic reports to solve workflow challenges.
• Fulfill ad hoc requests from leadership, supporting strategic initiatives with insights.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to forecast financial outcomes and support planning.
• Review patient flow and payer trends to ensure efficiency and resolve issues.
• Evaluate third-party reports for compliance and data accuracy.
• Audit monthly payments to confirm appropriate receipt and analyze denial patterns.
• Propose solutions for identified critical issues and escalate problems when necessary.
• Participate in special projects and workflow optimization with senior executives.
