• Support product and engineering teams in the online retail sector
• Conduct empirical analyses to assess product performance, user behavior, and market trends
• Advise on A/B experimentation, including data collection, sample sizes, and metric analysis
• Improve A/B testing tools, algorithms, and processes
• Promote data-driven product innovations aligned with company strategy
• Participate in organizational brainstorming and planning sessions
• Create metrics for business success and build dashboards for stakeholder decision-making
• Present quantitative findings to company leadership
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to enhance data modeling and architecture

This role requires you to have:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field
• Expertise in SQL
• Knowledge in statistical programming such as R, Stata, SAS, or Python
• Understanding of core statistical concepts
• Experience with data visualization platforms like PowerBI
• Skills in data modeling and user behavior analysis
