In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide expert insights on data integration and processing.
• Analyze business processes and resolve data discrepancies.
• Identify patterns in large datasets using quantitative methods.
• Apply data-driven analysis to address intelligence queries.
• Propose solutions for process improvements.
• Oversee engineering projects across departments.
• Assist in developing long-term and short-term workforce plans.
• Act as liaison between engineering and planning teams.
• Deliver regular reports on workforce planning activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL
• Experience in model deployment or database management
• Project management experience
• Strategic planning experience
