This role involves supporting contract and warranty fulfillment, monitoring estimates, and collaborating across teams to enhance process efficiency. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Administer contracts and warranties independently to meet company policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor estimates and adjust service contracts and product warranties for accuracy.
• Review contractual obligations to align with client requirements.
• Analyze historical data to identify trends and issues, improving performance.
• Assist in preparing bids and reports related to service contracts and warranties.
• Manage monthly production maintenance priorities for Service Bench customers.
• Support Service Bench data requests from internal and external customers.
• Collaborate on system enhancements and audits with various internal groups.
• Serve as Security Admin for Service Bench access, ensuring compliance with SOX and SSO.
• Work on cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
• Manage multiple initiatives, ensuring thorough testing and documentation.
• Communicate changes in warranty requirements and test development releases.
