The role focuses on enhancing client satisfaction by managing address change services and facilitating effective communication between vendors and clients. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Create weekly reports to track address and account number changes.
• Initiate changes for new post office box accounts.
• Contact vendors for address updates via phone, fax, or email.
• Generate status and summary reports for account representatives and clients.
• Work overtime when needed.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
