In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed system requirements for development activities.
• Participate in software evaluations, selections, and implementations.
• Lead business process mapping sessions.
• Work with product managers to understand desired business processes.
• Validate technical solutions through QA testing.
• Act as a liaison for project and support work.
• Coordinate system upgrades and patches.
• Manage activities around test script creation and UAT testing.
• Resolve escalated support tickets and provide technical support.
• Enhance business processes with automation tools.

This role requires you to have:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with applicable technology.
• Willingness to travel based on business needs.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience writing requirements or user stories.
• Knowledge of business process mapping tools like Vizio or LucidChart.
• Familiarity with software delivery methodologies.
• Ability to write SQL queries.
• Understanding of accounting field software platforms.
