In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Document and analyze user needs and workflows.
• Conduct market research to inform product development.
• Act as a representative for customer needs both internally and externally.
• Collaborate with UX researchers and designers for user experience enhancements.
• Work with engineering teams to test and launch new features.
• Create product documentation to foster user adoption.
• Provide updates and presentations to stakeholders for strategic alignment.
• Assist business stakeholders and senior managers with ad-hoc projects.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
• 1-3 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
