This role supports ProSource, Kiba, and Lighting One organizations by facilitating strategic, data-driven decisions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Create and manage reports for franchisees and business units using business intelligence tools.
• Utilize SQL for data queries and insights extraction.
• Identify and address data inconsistencies and limitations.
• Conduct data analysis and modeling for all business units.
• Manage and design processes and databases, consulting with IT resources.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or computer science.
• 3-5 years of data analysis experience.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of database structures and data relationships.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with product/merchandising, transactional, and financial data.
• SQL, VBA, and Business Intelligence software proficiency.
