In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Define and document product feature requirements with product managers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to align product features with user needs.
• Write clear development tickets for execution by development teams.
• Analyze customer and market data to identify product improvement opportunities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to refine product features.
• Assist in creating and maintaining product roadmaps with data-driven insights.
• Develop and maintain product KPIs and performance dashboards.
• Participate in user research through testing, surveys, and interviews.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for product features and updates.
• Track new feature performance and suggest improvements post-launch.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a product analyst or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization platforms like Tableau and PowerBI.
• Experience writing product feature requirements and user stories.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
